Chyanne has been working in family law since 2015, first as a legal assistant and subsequently she became a designated paralegal.
Chyanne obtained her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History at the University of Victoria. Thereafter, she received her Juris Doctor from Bond University where she graduated with distinction. Chyanne is a meticulous, diligent, and hardworking articling student and she will obtain her designation to practice as a lawyer in 2022.
Chyanne has assisted clients on many applications and trials in the Provincial Court and B.C. Supreme Court as well as the Court of Appeal.
Chyanne’s passion for family law is driven by her desire to help people and she has a proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. She prides herself in her approachable nature and is committed to helping clients achieve their desired results. Chyanne recognizes that the justice system can be intimidating and is highly skilled at helping her clients navigate one of the most difficult times of their lives. Although she understands that court is not always the first option, it is sometimes necessary to achieve an outcome that meets her client’s needs.
Outside of the office, Chyanne enjoys travelling, spending time with friends and family, and exploring the beautiful West Coast with her golden retriever.
