Daniella Marchand is a family lawyer whose holistic and patient approach provides her clients with compassionate and practical legal services.
She takes a client-centered approach and focuses on helping her clients understand legal processes. She guides them each step of the way to ensure they know what options are available and provides both practical and creative solutions to family law problems.
Prior to joining Coach My Case Daniella worked with a legal clinic in Calgary where she assisted families and individuals in financial crisis by helping them prepare for hearings, negotiations, and court. Daniella understands how to use court processes effectively and efficiently to get the best results for her clients while always keeping them informed and engaged in the process.
Daniella earned her law degree from the University of Calgary where she volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada on both their Emergency Protection Order Project, and with the Women’s Legal Education and Action Fund (LEAF). She is very familiar with the procedures and law around EPOs and restraining orders and understands how these orders can affect a parenting case in the short and long term.
Daniella is an avid bluegrass and old-time country music enthusiast and commits much of her free time learning rhythm guitar. When she isn’t playing or listening to music, she is often in the mountains or in the garden, soaking up as much sunshine as she can.
