Legal Coach 

With a diverse background spanning both civil litigation and criminal defence, Gurjant brings a wealth of experience to his practice. Prior to becoming a legal coach with Coach My Case, he honed his skills at a prominent civil litigation firm, where he gained invaluable insight into the complexities of legal proceedings.

Additionally, his time spent as a criminal defence lawyer further developed his understanding of the law and advocacy. Gurjant's dedication to his clients, coupled with his versatile legal background, positions him as a trusted advisor and advocate in navigating his client’s unique family law issues.

Gurjant understands the critical importance of access to justice and the profound impact it has on individuals' lives. The legal system can be daunting and as a legal coach, he is committed to providing unwavering support and guidance to his clients every step of the way. By fostering open communication, listening attentively, and explaining complex legal concepts, Gurjant empowers clients with knowledge, resources, and confidence, ensuring they are well-equipped to make meaningful decisions. Gurjant was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. His journey into the legal profession began at Mount Royal University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Seeking to broaden his horizons, Gurjant embarked on a transformative year abroad before returning to Canada to further his legal education. He chose to pursue his Juris Doctor at Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops, British Columbia. Throughout his academic journey, Gurjant demonstrated a thirst for knowledge, and a commitment to serving his community. Throughout law school Gurjant was a volunteer with Pro-Bono Street Law and competed in the Canadian Law Moot competition during his time abroad, placing as a finalist. His diverse educational background equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of the law and a global perspective that enriches his practice.

Outside of the office, Gurjant finds balance by enjoying family time and playing sports. He plays tennis and basketball, often hitting the court to unwind and stay active. Gurjant can also be found spending time with his German Rottweiler, Dre.
