David is committed to helping his clients through their family transitions in the smoothest and most affordable way possible. When a reasonable settlement is not feasible, David works with his legal coaching clients to resolve matters effectively and efficiently. He empowers them with information and guidance to represent themselves with confidence at the Provincial Court of Alberta or the Alberta Court of King’s Bench.

David’s legal practice focuses primarily on family law, and he has experience helping clients on various matters including parenting, guardianship, child support, spousal support, property division, child relocation, and international child abduction. He has also successfully worked with clients going through mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution. David’s family law practice is informed by and benefits from his background in civil litigation and real estate law.

When he’s away from the office, David can be found on the tennis court, solving crossword puzzles, or enjoying the outdoors in the Rocky Mountains.
